Meet Nichole

Nichole's passion for design was inspired by her late grandfather, a craftsman whose legacy sparked a creative foundation. At 14, she discovered her calling: designing and organizing spaces that help people reach their full potential.

That appreciation for intentional spaces was passed down through generations - from great-grandmother to grandmother to mother - a thread Nichole has carried forward into her own life.

What began with spaces naturally expanded. The same principles - clarity, intention, and thoughtful design - apply just as powerfully to career strategy and life's most meaningful moments. That is the foundation of IWP's three pillars.

With a BS in Interior Design and over a decade of experience spanning design, operations, and strategic leadership, Nichole brings creative vision and operational precision to everything she touches.
